What I've learned from the Journal Sentinel's "Cashing in on Kids" report

It's African-American women -- not corporations or wealthy individuals -- who are the leading abusers of the tax system in Wisconsin.

(Don't get the Brawler wrong, he's not saying the Journal Sentinel series is without merit. But he can't recall the Journal Sentinel devoting so much space to a tax cheat/scam story in the past -- with pictures -- when some of these people truly are, relatively speaking, pikers.
