For months now, Charlie Sykes gets positively tumescent every time the market opens lower.
Why?
Because it shows Obama Did Something Wrong. Regardless of whether, you know, that assertion has any connection to reality.
He opened his show Monday pimping that same line.
Unless, you know, a 0.1 percent drop equals mass disagreement with the Obama Administration.
Just in: Slightly edited.
"Will Charlie Sykes stop humiliating himself?"
I certainly hope not.

Today Charlie Sykes made disparaging remarks about radio host Ed Schultz who was at Obama's press conference last night. Sykes is now on the outside looking in. During the Bush years, Sykes-- as part of the Republican propaganda machine-- made broadcasts from the White House. Only right-winger radio talkers were invited. He served his masters (Bush, Cheney, Rove) well in his bootlicking role. So now all he can do is to belittle Ed Schultz. By the way, you can hear Ed Schultz on WCPT/820 Chicago Progressive Talk from 11 am 'till 2 PM and on WRJN/1400 Racine at 2 PM 'till 5 PM.
