Just before Valentine's Day, Kim and Steve on Northwoods Patriot Radio 950 AM interrupted a riveting discussion on how George Soros, Obama and the Clintons were behind the Egyptian uprising to host none other than Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David Prosser. Seriously!
Steve, periodically dabbing his face with a kleenex (is it hot down in the bunker), noted that Prosser's opponents in the primary supported abortion rights while Prosser was against them. Steve then asked him point blank his position.
Prosser initially gave the "have to be careful" "I cannot commit myself to judging a case in a particular way" mumbo jumbo, but then, for the benefit of Kim and Steve's audience, at 17:33 says "On the other hand, people can look at what I've done over a life time and kind've read between the lines."
So what's between the lines? Prosser has of course racked up endorsements from various anti-abortion groups and during his time in the Wisconsin Assembly racked up a generally anti-abortion record, including support for a 1990 bill requiring parental notification for minors, including in cases of rape. Prosser's justification?
And Rep. David Prosser (R-Appleton) argued that if minors could escape the law by merely signing a statement saying they had been raped, many would lie and do so.
To hear more from Prosser, let's go to the bunker.
Strictly literally interpretively constructively, just read between the lines.
